do I register to vote? |
 |
| A person who
is a US citizen, and a resident of Massachusetts, and
who will be 18 years old or older on or before election day
is eligible to register to vote in
Massachusetts. May register to vote by mail,
in person or at your local Registry of Motor Vehicle
office.

do I request an absentee ballot? |

If
you can't get to the polls on election day,
you may vote by absentee ballot if you:
- will be absent from your city or town on election day, and/or
- have a physical disability that prevents your voting at the polling place, and/or
- cannot vote at the polls due to religious beliefs.
