CLINTON, MA - On Wednesday, January 26,
2011, State Representative Harold P. Naughton, Jr. attended the NEWEA’s (New England Water Environment Association) annual conference and exhibition. The ceremony awarded John
Riccio, Superintendent of MWRA Clinton Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant with an award as Massachusetts Operator of the Year.
“I am thrilled to be a part of NEWEA’s Conference and the award ceremony recognizing John for his incredible work at Clinton’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. He has displayed fantastic leadership qualities in directing the plant toward improvements with several new upgrades and projects. I congratulate him on this wonderful achievement” said Rep.
